Shipping Policy
We make our products in small batches to ensure maximum shelf life, and may not always have all our products in stock. You will be notified if a product is not in stock and we will do our utmost to get the products to you as soon as possible.

Goods are dispatched within three (3) business days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three (3) business days, we will contact you by e-mail when we expect to dispatch your order. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the quantity of products purchased. This is a standard charge for delivery within Ireland, as well as outside the country.

We use Standard Post 1st class delivery through An Post here in Ireland. We will post worldwide.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product we will either refund you, or if you prefer a replacement product.

How To Return an Item

• Please e-mail info@shirleysherbalcare.com or call +353 (0) 879 137393 to request a refund. We will notify you of your refund by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

• Please wrap the package securely and mail your returned item to:

• Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/postal order invoice.
